What the Lifetime Warranty Covers

- Covers: Any defects in manufacturing, materials, or craftsmanship.
- Does Not Cover: Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or damage from improper use.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you encounter an issue with your 3F UL GEAR product, we are here to assist you in making a claim:
- Contact Us: Send an email to info@carbonhill.ca with your order details, a description of the issue, and relevant photos.
- Claim Evaluation: Our team will work closely with 3F UL GEAR to assess your claim. If it falls under the lifetime warranty, we will arrange for a repair or replacement.
- Shipping: If the product needs to be returned, we will provide you with instructions. Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us, but we cover the return shipping for repaired or replaced items.
