At Carbon Hill, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags attached.
If you purchased your item from one of our authorized retailers, please contact the retailer directly for their return process.
Availability of Products
As product availability may change frequently, we cannot guarantee that the item you want will be available by the time we process your return. For this reason, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order on our website at the same time to secure the product you need.
Return Process
Before returning any items, please notify us via email at info@carbonhill.ca with details of the return. We will provide further instructions once your email has been received.
Important: Items sent back without prior authorization from info@carbonhill.ca will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s). We strongly recommend using a carrier that offers tracking and insurance for the return package, as Carbon Hill is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected to ensure it meets our return policy, we will process a refund to the original form of payment. The refund will appear on your card or payment method for at least 14 business days.
