How to File a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your Fire Maple product, we make it easy to resolve:

1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@carbonhill.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos of the defect.
2. Evaluation: Our team will work closely with Fire Maple to evaluate your claim. If it qualifies under the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement.
3. Shipping Instructions: If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Customers are typically responsible for shipping the product to us, but we cover the return shipping for repaired or replaced items.

What to Expect

Once your claim is submitted, our goal is to evaluate and resolve it within 10 business days of receiving the product. Depending on the nature of the issue, repair or replacement shipping times may vary.
