Expansive Space and Layout: The Lanshan Plus Hot Tent boasts a large footprint with two separate bedrooms and a central living area, providing ample room for privacy and communal activities. With space to comfortably house more than 8 occupants, it is perfect for large groups or families.

Winter-Ready with Hot Tent Capability: Designed to function as a hot tent, the Lanshan Plus can be equipped with a compatible wood-burning stove, such as the Tribe wood stove, ensuring warmth and comfort during cold weather. A dedicated chimney outlet is integrated into the design, allowing smoke to be safely vented outside, maintaining a cozy interior environment.

High-Quality, Fire-Retardant Fabric: Constructed from durable 210D flame-retardant polyester, the tent material not only provides robust strength but also ensures enhanced fire safety, making it suitable for use with a wood stove. The fabric is coated with PU and a reflective film, offering a waterproof rating of 5000mm, making it highly resistant to rain and snow.

Seasonal Versatility: The tent features adjustable stake points at varying heights, allowing the snow skirt to be raised or lowered according to seasonal and weather conditions. This adaptability ensures optimal performance in all seasons, providing excellent protection from wind, snow, and rain.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you encounter an issue with your 3F UL GEAR product, we are here to assist you in making a claim:

1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@carbonhill.ca with your order details, a description of the issue, and relevant photos.
2. Claim Evaluation: Our team will work closely with 3F UL GEAR to assess your claim. If it falls under the lifetime warranty, we will arrange for a repair or replacement.
3. Shipping: If the product needs to be returned, we will provide you with instructions. Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us, but we cover the return shipping for repaired or replaced items.

What to Expect

Once you submit your warranty claim, we will evaluate and process it within 10 business days of receiving the product. Based on the nature of the issue, repair or replacement times may vary.
