Its single-pole architecture ensures a simple yet robust structure that you can rely on for multi-day trips.

Ultralight and Freestanding Design: The Floating Cloud 1 is crafted to be the ultimate companion for any outdoor excursion. Its fully freestanding dome design requires no stakes for pitching, making it adaptable to various camping grounds.

Ample Space and Accessibility: Equipped with one door and one vestibule, along with additional storage space at the back of the tent, it provides ample room for all your gear. The tent’s vestibule zippers are protected with storm flaps, ensuring weather protection during harsh conditions.

Enhanced Ventilation: To minimize condensation, the tent features a low-vent vestibule door and a high fly vent, maximizing both active and passive airflow to keep the interior comfortable.

Included Footprint and Versatility: The tent package includes a footprint, eliminating the need for separate purchases. For varied weather conditions, the inner tent can be replaced with a full-season inner, offering greater versatility.

Durable and Weather-Resistant: The tent is constructed with high-quality materials including YKK zippers and Duraflex buckles, ensuring durability and reliable performance. The fabric has a waterproof level of 5000mm, and all seams are taped for maximum water resistance.

Sturdy and Secure Pitch: Velcro tabs connect the fly to the pole structure, providing a perfect pitch and added stability. Reflective guylines and webbing on the tent corners enhance nighttime visibility, making it easier to spot the tent in low light conditions.

Robust Construction: Featuring a 2-layer wall structure with a silicone outside and PU inside coating, the tent is engineered for durability. The fabric’s tear resistance ranges from 12-15N, ensuring it can withstand tough conditions. The setup includes 10 stake tie points and 4 guy-line points, enhancing overall stability.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you encounter an issue with your 3F UL GEAR product, we are here to assist you in making a claim:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@carbonhill.ca with your order details, a description of the issue, and relevant photos.
  2. Claim Evaluation: Our team will work closely with 3F UL GEAR to assess your claim. If it falls under the lifetime warranty, we will arrange for a repair or replacement.
  3. Shipping: If the product needs to be returned, we will provide you with instructions. Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us, but we cover the return shipping for repaired or replaced items.

What to Expect

Once you submit your warranty claim, we will evaluate and process it within 10 business days of receiving the product. Based on the nature of the issue, repair or replacement times may vary.
