What the Warranty Covers

  • Covers: Manufacturing defects, issues with materials, and craftsmanship problems.
  • Does Not Cover: Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications, and damage from improper use.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you encounter any issues with your Nitecore product, our team is here to help you through the warranty claim process:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@carbonhill.ca with your order details, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the defect.
  2. Claim Review: Our team, in collaboration with Nitecore, will assess the issue to determine if it falls under the 5-year warranty. If it qualifies, we will arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced.
  3. Shipping: If the item needs to be returned for evaluation, we will provide shipping instructions. Customers are typically responsible for shipping the product back to us, but we cover the cost of return shipping for repaired or replaced items.

What to Expect

Once you submit your claim, we aim to review and process it within 10 business days of receiving the product. Depending on the outcome, repair or replacement times may vary.
