What the Warranty Covers
The 3-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for Blackdeer products purchased from Carbon Hill. During this period, we will repair or replace any product that is found to be defective under normal use conditions.
- Covers: Manufacturing defects, issues in materials, and craftsmanship.
- Does Not Cover: Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or damage from accidents or commercial use.
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue with your Blackdeer product, we’re here to help:
- Contact Us: Email info@carbonhill.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect.
- Claim Evaluation: Our team, in collaboration with Blackdeer, will assess your claim. If it qualifies under the warranty, we’ll arrange for repair or replacement.
- Shipping Instructions: Should a return be necessary, we will provide shipping instructions. Typically, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us, but we will cover the return shipping for repaired or replaced items.
What to Expect
Once your claim is submitted, our team will work quickly to evaluate and resolve the issue. We aim to process all claims within 15 business days of receiving the product. Depending on the nature of the repair or replacement, shipping times may vary.
